Get in touch
Contact us
We are a small operation, which means when you call you get somebody who knows about your trip rather than somebody reading from a screen.
Call us
This is the number for everything. Booking questions, a driver running late, a change of plan, or a problem while your pet is on the road. If we do not pick up, leave a message and we will call you back.
Email us
Better for anything with detail in it. Quotes for unusual trips, questions about the paperwork, or anything you would rather have in writing. We answer email properly rather than quickly, so call us if it is time sensitive.
When we are around
We answer the phone through the day, seven days a week. Drivers are on the road at odd hours and pets do not keep office hours either.
Late at night, if it is not urgent, email is kinder to everyone and we will pick it up in the morning.
If your pet is travelling right now
Call, do not email. 479.517.0218.
Message your driver from your dashboard too, but if something is actually wrong we would rather hear your voice than read your typing.
Who we are
Amateur Pet Transport is a small company that introduces pet owners to travellers who are already making the drive. We are not a courier company and we do not own any vehicles.
The name is not modesty, it is the business model. Our drivers are not running haulage companies. They are people living on the road with their own pets, and that is exactly why this costs less than a commercial service.
